Bob Cooper is an experienced Manager and a respected member of the Tai Tokerau Northland community. Taking the helm of the Consortium in July 2004, Bob has developed a strong working relationship between the Northern Rural General Practice Consortium and the New Zealand Rural General Practice Network which benefits both locums and Rural General Practice alike. bob@ruralgps.co.nz
